The New Mill and Depot Building of the former Hawthorne Woolen Mill are located in Greenwich, Connecticut, United States. The two structures were built on an existing textile mill complex in the 1870s.
The mill and its depot, in the Gothic Revival and Queen Anne architectural styles respectively, were unusually decorative for functional buildings of that era. Today they are a commercial and retail complex for the Glenville neighborhood of Greenwich. In 1990 they were listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Thirteen years later, when the Glenville Historic District was listed on the Register in 2003, the buildings were a contributing property.

Buildings[edit]
The two structures are located on a 0.8 acres (0.32 ha) lot between Pemberwick Road on the west and the Byram River on the east, where the 30-foot (9.1 m) high dam that powered the mills is still present. To the north is the commercial center of Greenwich’s Glenville neighborhood, with the large former Glenville School, now the Western Greenwich Civic Center, to the east, behind a housing development. On the west side of the street the land rises sharply through wooded bluffs to a residential neighborhood; another one is on the other side of the river, where the land rises more gently to the state line and Rye Brook, New York, a half-mile (1 km) away. To the south Pemberwick continues through woods along the Byram.[2]
The “new” mill building, the larger of the two, sits on the river. It is a three-story, 56-by-156-foot (17 by 48 m) brick building with a two-story 19-by-46-foot (5.8 by 14.0 m) northern wing. Because of a regrading it now appears to be two stories on the east. A central tower rises to a fourth story, its top 55 fe

Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate

The Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (or Shibor, 上海银行间同业拆放利率) is a daily reference rate based on the interest rates at which banks offer to lend unsecured funds to other banks in the Shanghai wholesale (or “interbank”) money market. There are eight Shibor rates, with maturities ranging from overnight to a year. They are calculated from rates quoted by 18 banks, eliminating the two highest and the two lowest rates, and then averaging the remaining 14.[1]

History[edit]
Royal Bavarian Jagdstaffel 16 was founded from two ad hoc predecessor units — a Bavarian reconnaissance unit, Flieger Abteilung 9, and Kampfeinsitzer-Kommando Ensisheim. These two units were amalgamated on 16 October 1916, while posted in Armee-Abteilung B Sector. Oberleutnant Otto Deßloch commanded this nascent squadron the few days it took to be designated Jagdstaffel 16, on 1 November. By the time it disbanded just two years later, it had established its credentials as a balloon buster squadron, with an even two dozen enemy observation balloons destroyed, as well as 58 victories over enemy aircraft.[1]

It’s a Bikini World is an American musical comedy film released in 1967 starring Tommy Kirk, Deborah Walley and Bobby “Boris” Pickett. The film features cameos by the music groups The Gentrys, The Animals, Pat & Lolly Vegas, The Castaways and R&B girl group The Toys. Featuring a pro-feminist plotline, it is the only film in the beach party genre to be directed by a woman (Stephanie Rothman).
This film, along with Catalina Caper (which also starred Tommy Kirk), is among the last beach party films. The mainstay of the once-popular genre was the series of films by American International Pictures (AIP), starting with the surprise hit Beach Party in 1963 and ending with The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini (a box-office flop) in 1966.
Although AIP picked up distribution, it was not an AIP film. It was actually produced and originally distributed by Trans American Films under the title The Girl in Daddy’s Bikini. A new 35mm print with this title was screened at the American Cinematheque in Hollywood on August 1, 2009.

Plot[edit]
Young surfer Mike Samson (Tommy Kirk), the local beach jock, is quite the ladies’ man until he meets Delilah Dawes (Deborah Walley). At first, he tries to add her to his harem, but she rejects him because she finds him chauvinistic and shallow, so he disguises himself as a nerdy twin brother, “Herbert”.
In the meantime, publisher Harvey Pulp (Jack Bernardi) plans to start a new magazine called “Teen Scream”. He joins forces with “Daddy” (Sid Haig), car, surfboard, and skateboard customizer — and owner of local music club The Dungeon — to publicize the venture. Pulp and Daddy organize a series of contests, and Delilah competes against “Mike” with the encouragement of “Herbert” in various events, and loses each time. However, Mike finds that he is falling in love with her. Eventually, Delilah finds out about t

List of TNA X Division Champions

Two-time and current champion Trevor Lee

The TNA X Division Championship is a professional wrestling championship owned by the Total Nonstop Action (TNA) professional wrestling promotion. The title was created and debuted on June 19, 2002 at the taping of TNA’s second weekly pay-per-view (PPV) event.[1]
Title reigns are determined either by professional wrestling matches between wrestlers involved in pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines, or by scripted circumstances. Wrestlers are portrayed as either villains or heroes as they follow a series of tension-building events, which culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches for the championship. Title changes that happen on episodes of TNA’s primary television program, TNA Impact!, air on television two to nine days from the date the match was taped. Changes that happened on weekly PPV events aired either during a live broadcast or aired on taped delay up to seven days apart. The inaugural champion was A.J. Styles, who defeated Low Ki, Jerry Lynn, and Psicosis in a Four Way Double Elimination match on June 19, 2002 at the taping of TNA’s second weekly PPV event, which aired on June 26, 2002.[1][2] Chris Sabin currently holds the record for the most reigns, with eight.[2] At 301 days, Austin Aries’ first reign is the longest in the title’s history.[2] At less than one day, Eric Young’s only reign, Rockstar Spud’s second reign, and Sabin’s sixth reign are the shortest in the title’s history.[2]
The current champion is Trevor Lee who is in his second reign as champion.

Stand-in

A stand-in for film and television is a person who substitutes for the actor before filming, for technical purposes such as lighting and camera setup.
Stand-ins are helpful in the initial processes of film and television production. The underlying problem is that quick-and-dirty consumer shortcuts (autofocus, deep focus, and relying on as-is location lighting) are simply insufficient to create the professional look which audiences expect from modern cinematography. Professional lighting and camera setup are always done manually and can be extremely time-consuming and tedious. Actors strongly prefer to be elsewhere during that time.[citation needed]
Stand-ins allow the director of photography to light the set and the camera department to light and focus scenes while the actors are absent. The director will often ask stand-ins to deliver the scene dialogue (“lines”) and walk through (“blocking”) the scenes to be filmed. In this way, a good stand-in can help speed up the day’s production and is a necessary and valuable cast member on a film.
Stand-ins are distinguished from body doubles, who replace actors on camera from behind, in makeup, or during dangerous stunts. Stand-ins do not appear on camera. However, on some productions the jobs of stand-in and double may be done by the same person. In rare cases, a stand-in will appear on screen, sometimes as an in-joke. For instance, the actress who pretends to be Ann Darrow in the stage show during the final act of King Kong (2005) is played by Naomi Watts’ stand-in, Julia Walshaw.
Stand-ins do not necessarily look like the actor, but they must have the same skin tone, hair color, height and build as the actor so that the lighting in a scene will be set up correctly. For example, if the lighting is set up with a stand-in shorter than an actor, the actor might end up having his or her head in relative darkness.
Stand-ins are also used for animated characters in a live-action film, sometimes with life-size character models, so that the animators know where to place their animation and how to make them move realistically, and for actors to know where to look. In these cases, skin tone and
